 Double side glued wall comes with two fixed double layer side panels, locking tabs on front and back panel would lock into a slot on the glued panel while folding up. Used as lid or tray of a combo packaging. The designing of these boxes is a complex yet exciting task. For the assembling of flat cartons into boxes, the first step is to fold up two pre-glued side panels. Then fold up the back panel. Continue with folding back ninety degrees of locking tabs on the rear panel. Then fold down the upper part of the back panel and lock in position. Finally, wrap up the front panel and down lock with side panel locking tab on the bottom and your box is ready for use.
